Small patch of blonde/white hair...?

I have just noticed a small patch of blonde hair on my daughters head she has light brown hair.Ive seen other people with black hair and a patch of white/blonde hair.Is it a birthmark?Do you know the medical term for it?

Im not concerned just curious so I wont be making a drs appt for this matter.

i have no idea but when i was little i had very light blond hair (still do but darker) and my mum found a patch of red hair in the middle of my head.

check it with a docter she proberly has just inherited a bit of blond from you or her father.

i know what you're talking about but can't think of the name of it. i did find a website that listed something called Waardenburg Syndrome but there are other symptoms. Try this website out %26amp; see if your child has other symptoms that match.
