If you really bleach your hair, it will become white, but it won't be the witchy white. You can bleach it a few times and it will be really light. But you don't want to do it if you have hair that's any darker than dirty blonde.

there is no such thing as white hair dye...that would require no pigment, so there whould be no point in it....if you are talking about bleach to make it blond....look at an online beauty supply store
