I'm only 15 years old, yet I start to see some white hair on my head. Is thinking too much causes white hair? I always think and worry a lot. When I can't get along well with a friend, I start thinking non-stop. Then, I'll drag that problem into my mind throughout the day. I keep figuring out why he's like this and that to me, and I become sad and frustrated.
The main thing that causes me to worry is friendship problems. When they dun treat me well, dun talk to me or neglect me, the thoughts come again.
What are the ways to deal with this problem? Does white hair have something to do with this?

not as a man but as a woman... my started to do that at an early age it was because of stress. it happens to deal with the nutriens in your hair gets stripped hence the there is no pigment to the hair.
I am just luck as well as you that they have hair coloring for men and woman.
