she probably has a birthmark on her scalp. its an area of less pigment. so the hairs that grow on it are also lacking in pigment, so they're lighter ie white.

It is possible. Some things like that is hereditary. Or it comes naturally. Like me. I go out a lot and stay under the sun a lot. And 1 day I found an orange hair. And that was from the suns rays. So my answer is, either it's hereditary or it just happens over time naturally.

its tottally normal. i know this woman and shes like 35 and she has all white hair!! it looks really kool!
