My boyfriend has always had a mole on his head, and the hair around it was the same color as the rest of his hair. Recently the hair around the mall has gone completely white. its a tiny white patch of hair. why is this?

I'm not sure why that is but my fiance has a birthmark on his head and he has a patch of white hair that grows there too.

I'm not sure why but my brother has the same thing. The dermatologist told him it was nothing to worry about, though.
