Use a good shampoo, eat plenty of protein! (essential for thick hair-don't believe me, ask ur doc!)

Also you must get your hair trimmed . It looks better to have medium length heathy hair, than long hair that looks like cousin "It". haha....think about it , if you keep growing ur hair without getting it cut, it will eventually have a lot of split ends. You need to cut them BEFORE the split hits the top of your head.

Cut your hair at a minimum 3 times a year , at least one inch each time.

I have the same problem, but i suggest a good haircut, and maybe get some V05 heat treatment oil, and it revitalizes your hair and leaves it shiny and new !

It could be heat damage. If you use a curling iron or straightening iron, try turning the heat down a little. If you use a blow dryer, make sure that the air intake isn't blocked by dust (if there is a lot of dust that you can't get off, you may need to get a new one).

CUT YOUR HAIR, trim it. you do have split ends and if you let it keep going it will just keep spllitting and become a big frizz-ball, you need to get a nice trim, also buy some good hair products not the stuff on the walmart shelf! Get back to basics, Rusk ( the orange leave in cond. would be great for your hair.), nexus is okay, but back to basic is my fav!
